Penny tans? Is this an AU? I suppose the modern airport indicates it probably is. But then you're still calling Ruby a Huntress and they do have aircraft in Remnant... Confusing. Unless you started writing before the revelation as to Penny's true nature, I suppose but it was pretty obvious by the end of Season One, even if not said outright. Maybe I'm over-thinking things and her fake skin is just super-high quality and adaptive in coloration.

I don't know if I've ever seen Yang and Pyrrha as a background couple that's a first.

I did like the bit where Penny asked if the plane was going to be all right and then started to call out "Sensational!". It felt like something she might do on the show.

Very adorable, you really captured Penny's character here.
