I suppose it depends what you were going for.
IMO, if this was suppose to be "romantic", it wasn't.

Guess who this very forward Harry puts surprise hands on, Fleur no less, without permission no less.

From the fic, realizing it wasn't Bill, we could have had a screaming moment, but nope, touch Fleur and she just is sex putty in your hands.
Then it basically is as romantic as smut-porn, like some hardcore sex only hardcore short porn shoot, but with typing instead of a video being shot, as porn stars Kid Harry and teen sex queen Fleur give us a porn shoot.

Fleur thinks Bill's body is better, but Harry's body isn't bad.
Harry is either BETTER than Bill, when it's his first time, or Bill doesn't give head, or something...
Fleur still thinks of Bill, while Harry even LOL, realizes he lovers Ginny ... hmmm, maybe that was suppose to be the "Romance" part, but to me was a flaccid causing UN-erotic NON-romantic moment, with Bill and Ginny, the "mood-killers", looming in the background of our little port shoot.
For me, it was basically in tune with a story called, "A bit of smut, Fleur loves Bill, Harry loves Ginny, but a bit of semi-pre-marriage semi-adulterous fun, Fleur gives Harry a virginity losing Birthday he'll always remember. Sex is better with Harry, but alas, Fleur is STILL marrying bill the next day. Just a bit of a smutty romp."

But lol, what stays with me, is with it being a romance and all, is if the B-day Harry will always remember is because it was the day he realized he LOVED Ginny, while fucking Fleur. Aw, so romantic!
