I’m sorry people are being so rude! You have shared incredibly beautiful and amazing stories with us and I for one am so thankful. Rereading Fates be Changed when my days get too dark has lifted my spirits more times than I can count and I don’t know what I’d do if it suddenly disappeared.

It’s saddens me that people don’t have the imagination to think about where a story might go and it saddens that people just expect you to update on demand. You’d think they’d understand that great things take time and that you are in fact a person who has their own life and things in that life that takes priority.

You know I did wonder about what happened to Lady Dis in the Original Story since All of her family died. Close relations at least. I just thought that maybe she did take charge of Erebor instead of the male Durins and had advice from Balin. Or maybe she just slowly faded away after hearing the death of her sons and brother...

Just so you know, you wrote "refuse" instead of "refuge" when Thorin stated/yelled "To take refuse with our enemy!"

The way this word is used here roughly translates as if Thorin is saying "to take trash/excrement with our enemy!" Instead of what you intended for him to say: "To take shelter/protection with our enemy!"

Just a simple spelling error. Sometimes auto-correct doesn't always pick the right word for what we intend to say. It also will not show anything correctly spelled and grammatically correct, even if it isn't something we want to write/say.
