You have a good idea here, but your execution is frankly subpar. I would suggest you locate yourself a beta reader to go over your work before you post it as well as help you iron out the mechanical errors in the chapters you've already published.

You've got off to a decent start but I should probably tell you that Misaka already knew accelerator before touma in cannon. That being said I'm still looking forward to seeing what you do.
