Interesting take. You did quite good with Jane and Lisbon characters and it could have happened that way (we’ll way less hot in the showFor a first fic, it’s really good, character driven and good writing.

I don't think that A) Lisbon would ever call what Jane and Lorelei did 'making love' B) I think she's more than intelligent enough to have realised by now there were no real feelings on either side C) I don't think she'd have brought it up in the minutes after she and Jane had made love for the first time. Just really out of character.

I know it's an old ff but I just read it and I absolutely loved it! It's hard to believe that this is your first ff because it's amazingly written, you have a natural talent! I enjoyed it from the first line to the last one. I'm sure gonna read Consequences of Fear.

I think the fact that I spent the last 5 hours reading the story non stop conveys how much I enjoyed reading it! Brilliant it was! ! Absolutely LOVED this flirty,sexy Jisbon how I wish they made out on the couch at least once on show! I would have .
Also the case was very well written, never saw that daughter thing coming up! That was something! ! Uggh like father like daughter and what a psycho mother
Loved the way it ended , full circle it was!

I read it for the 2nd time now, first time was about last August!As I'm registred here now I take the chance for writing a review. First of all I can't believe it's your first fic!It's well written! If I didn't know I would have never guessed it was your first one!I love the convos between Jane and Lisbon. It's like their convos in the show. Very real! I love that in fanfiction when I clearly see they talk to each other like in the show!Of course I love the fluff although in the meantime I am more into angst/drama/twisted and still fluff with a happy ending! Love this fic! I hope you will go on writing The Mentalist fanfics...forever! I will go on stalking you for your fics...forever! It's not a threat it's a promise!
