First sentence - 'fireflies' should have a capital. It's a name for a group. Without the capital, you're talking about the insect.

"Ed didn't consider himself to be the Grinch by any means but he felt his heart increasing in size." I really liked that line.

This chapter was fantastic! Ed is ok but I don't want him to Joel place as Ellie's father. Even though he's Ellie 's biological dad. I really like Tommy. and Ed met younger Henry and Sam. That was awesome . Shame they are dead. :( Keep up the good work! :)
