I love this. it fits in with cannon so well, the relationship between Arthur and Merlin, and then again Cenred and morgause. reading this was a Joy -not overdone, easy to feel their pain, but that's kind of also I liked it because I'm weird like that. regardless thanks for such a great story

Well, I really didn't actually like the parts where Merlin or Arthur are in pain because they're my babies but, you get what I mean! I can't wait to read more of your writing!

I loved this! I always thought there was so much untapped potential in this episode and you elaborated on the possibilities beautifully. I especially loved how you handled Merlin's magic - his rationale for not using it at certain times, and the moments when he did use it.
