Frankly, I think Ryuuko would best show her worth and usefulness in non-combat applications, considering how little training she's had to this point. Using her intuitive understanding of Life Fibers to find a way to render Junketsu more tame would be a good use of her talents.

A far cry from "shatters the giant spiked hell-fist by letting it punch her in the chest".

Interesting inversion of the characters at the start.

Canon Ryuuko: Bad synchronization with Senketsu, but very strong of her own accord and has reached pretty much the max of what she could without drawing on Life Fibers.

Science Ryuuko: High sych capability, but such a complete lack of martial ability that the the multiplication from Senketsu's power does hardly anything in comparison to the large boost Canon Ryuuko gets. Even using him, she's only a bit stronger than plainclothes Ryuuko at episode one.

Interesting. In canon, Satsuki and her group start out opposing both Ragyo and Nudist Beach, but ultimately end up joining the latter. Here, it's reversed, and they just now start fighting both at once.

And Nonon gets some development, since she didn't really play a big role in the fic so far.

I'm not entirely sure why Ragyo's forces just left; I was looking forward to a fight.

(Of course, I'm predicting that that was all part of her plan and that Ryuko will recover because of the Life Fibers, but it's still a Kick the Dog moment. And Berserk Satsuki? Didn't see that coming.)

So Nagita was Maiko and not Nui? I didn't remotely expect that. I'm not entirely sure how Senketsu went from "attack Ryuko" to "forgive Ryuko" so quickly, but at least they're back in action now.

If Maiko was Nagita the whole time, then is she going to continue to fight for Satsuki, or is she still going to betray her?

Strange how Ryuko imagines her canonical self while in her depressive funk. Little does she know that Isshin really would have died if she had not been there.

Even worse, he is dead NOW, because of his own mistakes. It's a shame that he canonically only appears in flashbacks, but I like the way you interpreted his character all the same.

I didn't even really notice that slip up before, so you didn't really need to cover your tracks. But I guess you can acknowledge it.

I don't think the berserk state works that way. I'm pretty sure it requires Ryuko to be beside herself with rage; she can't just choose to enter it, because that would require her to be capable of rational thought.

And Nudist Beach get nothing more than a cameo. But Kinue has a red streak in her hair? Did someone say "Foreshadowing"?

Aw, I was hoping to see an epic battle of Fight Club Mako versus Nonon's Symphony Regalia.

So Ryuko has openly told her friends that her father researches Life Fibers. Speaking of which, is she ever going to interact with Nudist Beach? Aikuro is still undercover as a teacher, so I'm surprised that he hasn't contacted her yet.

You know, if Ryuko's fights with the club presidents are cut out, then the first half of the story is really weird.

I knew Mako would become the president. But does this mean she'll become corrupted by power? I'm not sure if she'll be quite as strong as she was in the Fight Club since the uniform is different, though.
