Oh my God, this chapter literally had me crying. You got into the voice of Liam so well and portrayed a kid who just didn't understand what was going on while creating a wonderfully beautiful sad scene.

This was as insightful as ever. It's easy to overlook that Svetlana is just as much a victim in this scenario, as Mickey and Ian. An illegal immigrant with no life or job security, she really is trying to make the very best, of a bad and potentially worsening situation.
I understand her.
I understand her motives.
She's not all bad, after all she's left her only child in the care of carrot - sorry Ian.
