You know, like the time you found a perfect Fic in the internet, only to find it unfinished and the last update was in 2014? NOOOOOOOOO!

Big sister April is one of my favorite things... The way you write Mikey and Raph and the hints we've got of Leo and Donnie's personalities are so sweet. I'm just gushing over how cute they all are. And of course you've got Splinter down to a T and the way he and April are getting to know each other again is beautiful. The building of family is such a big thing and you are doing so well doing it here.

So it's been a while since you've updated, I get that, inspiration comes and goes, as does the attraction to a fandom, if you ever want someone to bounce ideas off of let me know! Or if you just want to let this fade then I'll simply say thank you for posting what you've got. It's amazing.

I started reading this fanfiction thanks to a piece of fan art I saw and I've been meaning to anyways, but I hadn't known what ride I had signed up for.
This fanfic is amazing! April is just a fantastic character in this and the whole story has a perfect balance of suspense, heartwrench and "OMG THAT'S TOO CUTE!". I know this hasn't updated in forever, but if at ANY given time, there's gonna be more, I'll be sure to read it!

I have just finished reading this story, and am sad to see you have not added to it in 3 years. Do you think you will come back and finish it or is this it? I have enjoyed where you have taken the story so far and I really hope you return to this at some point.

The characters are well written. It's an intersting view on April's character and this story shows us just how much her brothers and Splinter mean to her and how much she means to them: Your story shows us that sometimes family is not limited by blood or marriage. It's limited to love and bond to one another in one's heart. They say that blood is thicker than water but April seems to know that there will be times that water will be there even when blood isn’t. That's what has happened to her and she realises that family isn’t bound by blood and that's why her relationship with turtles and Splinter is so heart-warming in your story.

I really wish you never finished this, it's amazing so far and the writing is bloody great :)

I remember clearly when I was reading this story back in 2014. I loved this story back then I still love it now. Why is it that the most awesome fanfiction stories are never updated? Just why? Life is so unfair... :(
