How wonderfully dark! Yes, I think one might almost regard it as justified - from the little we see of Cec and Alice he's clearly very protective of her.

Dark indeed...but very well written. As hard as it is to imagine kind, sweet Cec killing someone, everyone has their breaking point - and it appears he reached his!
