How come you dropped this...I've read this story so many times that I know everything by heart. ... please complete the story.

I've lost count of how many times I've read this fic. It is truly amazing. I just keep coming back to it. Is it dead? Do I dare hope for an update? Thank you for all your work so far.

Hey, I don't remember if I've ever commented on here before. But I remembered this story yesterday, and am starting to reread it. Also... your story/universe has inspired me to write my own modern-day Musketeers AU. It's all because of you, and because of this story. It may have even ended my writer's block! So thank you for this, even if it isn't complete (even if it never gets completed). When/If I ever publish it, I'll be sure to leave a little note in the first chapter directing people here to read yours. But y'know, if you ever wanted to update it, I (and many others, I think), would greatly appreciate it. I remember reading this as it was getting updated, and thinking that this is one of (if not the best) the best fanfiction stories I have ever stumbled across. So even if you never end up finishing it, I still wanted you to know that.

Sooooooo good. Your imagination throughout this story amazes me. The love and emotions that the characters have makes my heart skips a beat. The way you left it I can only hope that it will lead to more of this work of genius.

Gosh, why does this remind me of Harry Potter? "...a big beefy man with a rather large moustache..." who just happens to be d'Artagnan's abusive uncle coupled with a Tom mentioned in a previous chapter...

Is the story done already. I want more! It is one of the best stories I've read, a creative plot, good characters, and lots of brotherhood. Please write more from this verse. I want to read more about D'Arts school life and Constance and the Cardinal and becoming adopted. That sounded very demanding, lol sorry just know that your story was very good and I didn't want it to end. ever!

THIS IS ACTUALLY AMAZING! I love everything about this story and I know its been like two years and you may never update, but pleaassseee update! I would absolutely love it if you updated and paved way for this story being finished! I understand life is really busy and that interests change and you may no longer be interested in the musketeers, if that is the case I understand, but if not remember this is fabulous in all aspects and deserves to be finished! thank you for captivating my imagination!

I know you probably won't be updating this story again after it's been over two years, but that is a real shame. This was very good, and I truly wanted to read more. If you do ever find it in your heart to write more, I will definitely read it.

Only... I checked your profile and you wrote that sometimes you just get bored with characters and are unapologetic about leaving stories unfinished when you do grow bored of them. While I understand this, a better solution would then be simply not to post new stories until/unless they are completed. That way, your readers don't start good stories that will never be finished and get frustrated, and posting anything would be a motivation for actually finishing the story.

TL;DR - Love this story so far. Really, really disappointed that it will never be finished. Seriously, finish the story before posting so you don't frustrate your readers.
