You know, it's rare that I think 'This should really be classed as Humor/Horror.' But here we are, yes some of the rationalizations are thin, but it's an 11 year old from an abusive home. That's what makes it horrifying. What makes it humorous is the prospect of the poor elves trying to deal with 'that weird, ugly white one' as best they can. They're not going to see that somethings wrong here as long as it's fitted into their worldview. Also, kudos on the magical mirror as a way to get information to Harry without another human being in the information loop. Even a portrait would likely derail things and you needed a logical source of that information. Nicely done.

I like your story idea. Although I am surprised Harry wasn't missed at the sorting. Love the fact Hildy knew Lily and even got in trouble because of her. Does Bossy know who Harry really is? Will he tell Dumbledore? Or will someone else discover Harry the house elf? Possibly Severus since he spotted Harry in the first place.

I would like it if at some point Harry crosses paths with the Slytherins and makes friends with one of them that snaps him into his senses and also has house elf friends too as a result of this experience.

I don't like biased Gryffindor fan fics.

Since most of this is just following the script it could be cut back by quite a bit actually and make it easier on the eyes.

This is a really cute story, so far. I really hope you intend to finish it. I wonder how long it will be until Harry figures out that almost-Muggle Lily and funny wizard-master James are his parents ... or IF he will figure it out without being told.

It should be interesting when Snape finally learns what is happening with Harry. Will he automatically assume Harry is trying to get attention, or will he use his actual brain and work out that Harry has been abused and treated like a House-elf? I hope we don't have to wait much longer to find out.

This story is awesome. I really like the concept and I couldn't help but laugh sometimes at Harry's reasoning. It's fantastic. I really hope you will continue with this story at some point.

I noticed you get some sort of sadistic pleasure out of having Harry be abused in your stories. If you have/plan to have kids I hope you treat them better.
