Just want to say I cried reading this.

It's 6:34 am, I haven't slept, and this is like the fourth time I've read this one shot. And I'm in tears. So many feels, man. it's so good though.

That was the best one shot I have ever read! It was so dramatic yet so perfect! I love the way you developed Paul throughout the story, you kept him realistic while still not making him a brick wall. Amazing piece of work, you wrote all the characters so well and so realistically, and I really enjoyed reading it. Paul didn't seem OOC at all and neither did Ash or Dawn -

Oh wow, this one-shot was just incredible. You nearly made me cry! And I never cry at books! This was just so great and it was so true to Dawn and Paul's personalities! There relationship seemed extremely accurate to what it would be like and the ending, it made me so happy! I'm definetly going to keep reading your work (already read Horrors of camping, which is amazing as well!) and keep up this amazingness!

This was absolutely amazing.
Your characters were spot on, Paul and Dawn were not OOC at all. The fact that Ash is the reason for their conflict is a real, legitimate reason because a) Dawn liked him (the obvious) b) the comparison that Dawn gives him (obvious) and c) the comparison that Paul gives himself towards Ash. Ash was always the better trainer, Ash was always one step ahead of him no matter how hard Paul tried to avoid that. Paul would always be on edge around the topic of Ash, and the fact that someone he really cares about picks Ash over himself really hits home for Paul. He needs someone to take his side for once.

I'm not sure if you'll see this but it took me over 2 hours to read, going past the time I usually go to bed..and it was worth it. Gahh, so good I could feel what everyone was going through. It was so rare and just, wow. Kudos on another amazing story!
