I don't mind the moe-type Mikado but do feel that people miss out on his cold calculating side a lot. So this was refreshing. |

The words you used for the way he felt really struck a cord in me. I think you captured that almost disbelieving feeling after someone you think loves you and suddenly doesn't anymore really well. It was like everything around me didn't exist. Your writing style really drags someone in and pulls them along really fast. It has that same tone/ style I loved so much in Echoes of a Bluebird. You did really well with that piece, too, by the way. I still have little snippets ring through my head sometimes. |
