Ahhh, I've been quietly reading your fics recently, especially your Mitsuba x Hijikata fics. You are an amazing author and I enjoy your distinct style tremendously, especially since good fics are hard to come by in such a surprisingly small fandom. I'm quite proud to say I could tell this was your work despite only reading a few of your fics. You really write beautifully and catch the deeper side of Gintama very well! As a relative new fan though, who hasn't even seen everything yet, I can only hope you keep writing, if you are indeed continuing your work. Keep it up!

I really, like REALLY liked this OS. Seriously, I've always liked the idea of GinTaka, but I think your work made me like this pairing even more.
This is beautifully written and really interesting to read, because I don't know why but when I think about this pairing it's always Takasugi who's in love, or who's feeling something and not Gintoki. Anyway, this version is just perfect, I really like it, even more because there is Kagura and Shinpachi, which I think authors in the Gintama fandom tend to forget when they're writing GinHiji, or GinTaka, or Gin-whoever it is.
I also loved the parallel between Takasugi and Hijikata, because it is here, and sometimes I wonder if Sorachi did thought about it.

Well, thank you very much for this fanfiction, I'll probably review any other work you've done (or you'll do) on Gintama! :) See you!

Shit what is this wetness in my eyes ;-; The yakult ending was fantastic, the whole thing was fantastic, seriously, thank you so much for sharing this. You captured their dynamics, their eventual estrangement, and the parallel with Takasugi and Hijikata perfectly, and that line about how Shoyo-sensei would be feeling to see the two boys who'd once played together come to this kind of end where one of them had to die by the other person's hand was just... deliciously angsty. I commented on your work last time and wasn't expecting you to write more of this so soon, so this was a pleasant surprise. If you ever feel like vomiting more words for this pairing, please go for it! :D
