I really enjoy A Soilder's Heart and Take Us Back. I love how you make Daryl as realistic as you can because most fanfiction's make Daryl seem too sickly in love and he's not afraid to show his true feelings, when the truth is he would be. You get me. I love Daryl and Caterina and in an author's note you said you had season 4 planned out? Well, if that's true then I look forward to seeing it because even Daryl Dixon needs some love.

This is my absolute favorite TWD story!

I strongly believe it is very realistic for a woman in her 30s to be a virgin. Same for men. Hell, it's realistic to be 100 years old and be a virgin. It doesn't have to be for religious reasons, saving yourself for that special someone, etc. The person might not even have a reason at all and they don't need to have one. The person could be asexual, too. Who knows.
Please just realize it is possible and realistic for your 35 year old character to be a virgin (even with her background). You've done a great job with Cat. No worries about her being a Mary Sue but if she was, that'd be okay, too. Personally, she'd be more relatable if she was a virgin. It'd be cute if Daryl was also one. In the end it's your OC (based on your friend) and the choice is yours. Love this story!

I think it would be great if you did a Daryl POV story. But maybe just do the collection of one shots on certain moments so that way it doesn't feel like you are reading the same book but instead getting a deeper insight into there character development and relationship. It would be really cool to see what Daryl was thinking in certain moments, like the cdc and when Cat punched Andrea.

Great story by the way, def my favourite Daryl story.
