As always, your writing leaves me in awe. This is the best ‘Bones has Xenopolycythemia’, even the best ‘Bones is dying’ fic I’ve read. The way you handle their emotions, their anger and grief interspersed with both forced and genuine levity, is just perfect and unbelievably realistic. It’s exactly how I imagine they’d react, and your outcome is ingenious and better than TOS by far. I love it! I hope you return to writing one day because you are just amazing at it and the friendship you have built here is spot on that I’m almost inspired to write a sequel or follow up myself despite the fact anything I attempt would pale in comparison.

Loved it, so angsty and brilliantly written. Love everyone'a reactions from Jim's desperate hopes to Bones' attempts at stoic acceptane, which I felt you captured perfectly (and it turns out I've learned a bit about that feeling this year).

Ahhh this was such a great ending! I feel kind of sorry for Spock- he'll have to listen to those kids squabbling in his head for the rest of his life now haha. Thanks for delivering us all from the angst- I was dying when Bones flatlined.

This story. Oh my goodness, I don't even know where to start. It was beautiful, it made me cry and laugh and feel all sorts inside! I loved the different reactions from everyone, so wonderful! And in the end, they're all connected and it wonderful. *sigh* I loved all of it, wonderful job!
