Because the end of Series 2 wasn't heartbreaking enough, a rewrite of 2.8-S4CS which extends Patrick and Shelagh's emotional roller coaster. Rated T for themes (a bit darker than the show is), but I promise a happy ending. COMPLETE, COMPLETE (with 2 extra chapters from the original draft)

This story began life as a brief fic-let continuing the scene in the church hall kitchen when Patrick proposes to Shelagh. It was originally meant to be just a one-shot but seems to have taken on a life of its own as the relationship between Shelagh and Patrick evolves. Rated K for some adult themes in later chapters.

Having successfully proposed to Shelagh on his father's behalf, Timothy's next challenge - being the best possible Best Man - proves slightly more difficult. While Patrick and Shelagh's wedding day approaches, Timothy, with the assistance of Nonnatus House, delves into the past to discover the man his father is, and the Turners prepare themselves for the future.

The journey of a certain pajama top, which finds its way into Shelagh's possession before she and Patrick are married. Began as a Tumblr drawing/ficlet on my blog (sincerelyrobink) and spiraled deliciously out of control. A series of sloppy romantic nothingness.

Shelagh's first year away from the Order is one of many new challenges. A now complete (!) multi-chapter exploration of those "firsts." Enjoying some time with my favorites, where they live comfortably with Neal Street Productions.
