Friendly, or at least I try to be, and laidback, I like to make friends as I talk about their work. I try to tell you the truth in a constructive way, so if you need something improved I can let you know without breaking spirits or hearts. I understand how scathing criticism can feel/be, and hope to be able to help you without hurting anyone's feelings. Everyone's story is important, as we as humans are nothing if not storytellers, and I hope I can help tell your story, too.

I'm pretty good at being able to tell when canon characters are in-character, as it's something that really gets my goat if done poorly. Spelling, punctuation and grammar are another high point for me, partly owing to my A* at college level for English Literature. Interpretations and multiple meanings for text are things I keep a keen eye out for, and can offer suggestions for if need be.

Lack of hours to beta-read, and family drama makes it hard to be at the computer all the time. I will make every conscious effort I can, though, to make time to read your stuff.

Angst, hurt/comfort and family 'fics are my favourite of all time. If you have one that wants to be beta-read, definitely let me know, as that's my area of expertise!
