Name's Akibii. I usually spend more of my time reading fanfics than writing fanfics, so you can find plenty of favorited stories on my profile, but almost nothing on the 'My Stories' section. I can beta almost anything as soon as I like the plot of the story. Of course, I expect both the author and the beta-reader to be civil to each other, or else the story would turn into a giant wreck.

I can't beta things from fandoms that I am not knowledgable about. But if you're patient enough, give me enough time to dive into that fandom, and I'll try my best to edit your story as accurately as I can.

But really, just drop by and write a message. We can discuss things from that point.

I personally feel that I'm pretty average in every area of story-editing. Spelling and grammar are kind of my forte, since a life of reading so many books has polished my vocabulary. I also can tackle almost any type of story unless I absolutely dislike it.

I'm really, uh, straightforward. If I don't like the way your story is going or if I'm frustrated, I'll probably say it right to your face. If your feelings get hurt really easily or if you're really short-tempered like me, I don't think we'll make a good pair. Being descriptive is also something I struggle at. Most of the time, I cram an entire chunk of the story into one chapter, but fail at being descriptive. Also, poetry is my weakness. I hated that part of Language Arts in school. Although I'm willing to read it, I simply cannot write it.

Almost anything is fine. I prefer it that the story is from a fandom that I am knowledgable about. But give me time, and I'll go binge-watch or binge-read whatever you give me so I can edit your story as accurately as possible. Other than that, give me anything.

I generally dislike Self-Insert OC fics. Creating minor OCs is fine. Everybody does that when the canon doesn't have a character just right for the situation. But making your OC the main character and having everybody fall in love with them? Not my cup of tea.
