When I Beta I try to make sure that writers keep with the same grammar and tense when they write. I try to make sure that grammar is correct, because as an avid reader, I like when grammatical timing is appropriate. If needed I'll *asterisk* things in that I think would add to a certain sentence or scene to completely leave it to the author whether to use it or not. I am going to college for an English major so feel free to ask me anything.

I'm fairly great with grammatical tense. Continuity is a really important factor to me when reading a story. If you're open to a few ideas I think you'd love me. I would love to help you use unusual words to add even more depth and texture to your story.

I do have a tendency to suggest ideas a lot. Some consider it a weakness in beta reading, others don't. So if I do this with your story I'm not trying to be pushy or anything. I'm just simply trying to help.

I prefer love/action stories. Mystery and suspense always is interesting as well. Harry Potter and a lot of anime interest me as well. If I don't know your particular anime series there is a good chance I would start watching it as long as it is on Netflix or hulu.

Really, for the most part, yaoi stories aren't my thing. Because I've never really been around a functional gay relationship I have a hard time relating, which makes it harder for me to connect with a story. COnnections are key to me betareading.
