I am a college student who, though not an English major, has a decent ability in reading and writing stories, papers, etc., and being able to edit such written works. I am an analytical person, looking at the structure and layout of a story. However, I also look at the storyline itself, studying whether or not there is sufficient detail and explanation in order to better the flow and readability of the piece. If the story is well-written (few to no grammar errors or word usage problems), the story's flow increases and so does the reader's ability to understand and enjoy the story.

Grammar (word usage, misspellings); sentence structure; noticing inconsistencies in details

Sometimes the shorter something is, the sweeter; that can be a problem for me at times (a.k.a. being too wordy).
