Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I line edit as read. I will also make notes along margins and at the ends of chapters. How much I edit will depend on how rough the draft I read is. I do expect the author to run a basic spelling and grammar check via whatever word processing software they're using. Additionally, I expect the author to read chapter notes. If an author is writing a novel length pic, I expect them to send me an outline of their story. |
