Hi,I'm Anies Miarie and no, I am not professional in beta-editing but I have been editing a few stories and essays since I was 15. Do note that I am not a native English speaker, though I am proud to say that I had never got lower than A in any of my English papers. Oh, both my parents & 2 elder siblings are also english teachers. :) .br /br /br / br /br / br / I am eager to help anybody who needs help. Please, do not hesitate to e-mail or PM me. (I prefer PMs). My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
SPELLING : I believe that most writers do use spell checkers, but some mistakes are common and I have a very clear eye to see even one spelling /br / POETRY : Yes, I write flowery stories and I love to read them. Give me an action and I can add up to it with so many adjectives that you'll feel like you're reading a Shakespeare piece! ( I AM NOT BRAGGING! I LOVE POETRY) br /br / br / br /br / br / FLOW : honestly, I am not good with writing flow myself, but I can read it at first glance and notice if someone has written a smooth flowing story or a crooked /br / br / br /br / br / SENTENCE STRUCTURE : Apart from Word, I would use my own vocabulary. Which means that the grammar had to be flawless and the sentence /br / br / br /br / br / FANTASY : Leave it to me to imagine a galaxy scaled dragon, or a marriage on a tree, I just love fantasy!br /br / br / br /br / br / VOCABULARY : Just saying that I hate when people use the same word twice in a paragraph. THESAURUS & SYNONYM exists for a reason! |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
DIALOGUES : read my stories, I suck at them. I can write thoughts and weather just fine, but dialogues is just confusing sometimes. |
Preferred: types of stories I prefer over others
Anything with romance and angst. Most preferably BL, but Im okay with anything. /br /br / br /br / br / Though I specialise in Kyo Kara Maoh (only ) I would gladly re-watch any stories & seasons to dig our information on characters, especially with a good emotional /br / br / br /br / br / Any type of genre is loved, but I especially invest in Angst & Romance & Fantasy. |
