I have written stories of my own and if I could go back and change them I swear I would. When I look over a piece of writing, I look for things like spelling, grammar and proper use of words/punctuation marks. I hope that if you want me as a beta you will understand I want you to look it over yourself first and then give it to me. I will not become your personal editor because you really need to try for one day I won't be there.

I honestly am best at research. It may not seem important but if you get one fact wrong, it can come back to haunt you. I like using longer or less-than-simple words and I don't hesitate to praise or criticize your work. I never post until it's how I want it in the moment I post it (it could change later) and read it over even once it's posted.

I have little skill in keeping my sentences the perfect length. They tend to run on or become fragments of writing a story. I also have a bad sense of grammar, especially around speech of characters. I'm also not good with thought for a character. I would say I'm medium with spelling, I don't know if that's a weakness but it's a warning. I also can be a hypocrite- just to let you know.

I prefer light and comedic stories opposed to dark and tragic stories, though I'll read either one. I like family and I prefer little profanity and little description of gore and pain. I like quick battles and laughing. My romance sense likes gay, straight, or lesbian couples (although I don't know many lesbian couples), two in a relationship, and the maximum of comfort and snuggles and kisses.

I don't like anything over T. I'm sorry, but usually it means description of pain and or other M rated stuff. I don't seem to like a lot of canon pairings. I'm not saying I hate canon, but sometimes they seem almost forced and I don't like OOCness depending on the story and character (like if it was a Luke from Percy Jackson switches back then it would be fine). If they're OOC for a parody then go for it! That's all I can really think of for now but I'll know another thing I don't like when I see it (or read it).
