My beta reading style is one that primarily focuses on the overall story and it's flow, making sure it is cohesive and enjoyable. My goal is to make sure that the reader has a good understanding of the story, whats going on in it, and that it's correct grammatically as well. I will offer up wording suggestions, or where to make things more detailed/descriptive as well as ideas, grammar and spellings issues.

Spelling, sentence structure, grammar and overall flow of the story. I can pick up on the small nuances/hints that the writer throws out there and identify discrepancies.

Wording, I love using words to make things come alive. The problem is sometimes I like to do that too much, then again thats why there are two people involved right?
