Hey. Filipino writer but English is my first language. I can translate Filipino to English pretty accurately. I notice minuscule details but I have the tendency to write or type faster than my eyes can read, which leads to mistakes. I have a wide range of experience in journalistic and narrative writing, but have the habit of writing in much too elaborate words and too colorful and flowery descriptions. But when I accept a job, I'll do my best with whatever you give me and work with it to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please give me a chance and I swear you won't regret it.

Grammar and spelling, which is, I guess, already the basics of a beta reader. Can also help with narration, figurative language, characterization and conceptualization. Translation for Filipino writers to English is also available.

I have the tendency to overlook a few things, though perfection and meticulous eyes are part of the job, which means I might take a bit more time than others to correct and edit to be sure nothing was missed. I also have the habit of literary overdecoration, or too much purple prose when writing, which might interfere with the understanding of the overall message or story. I also can only beta-read during the weekends and holidays, due to school and lack of resources which prevent me to work to the fullest on weekdays.

I usually prefer fics that are within the domain of anime and manga, but crime shows and crime dramas are also along my parameters. Fickleness is not the reason I like certain fics in certain genres or fandoms more than others, but because I want to be able to do my best when I am entrusted with anyone's work, and I can't give what I don't have. I can't work with a story I know nothing about. I prefer, Maid-sama, Yu Yu Hakusho, S.A, Detective Conan.
