Hello, everyone! I absolutely love editing stories and giving authors my honest feedback on them. Bear in mind that I am a fairly busy person. I do make beta-ing a priority, so you can expect a response reasonably fast, but not promptly. Same thing with work turnaround. It'll come back to you within the week, unless something crazy is happening and/or your piece is very long. At this point, I have beta-ed regularly for many people and done a number of stories, so I'm quite experienced.

Let's just say that I've corrected the grammar and word choice of more than one English teacher. I read books about grammar for fun. I own them. I'm very conscious of pacing with the story and staying in character (if I know the fandom well). There is nothing I hate more than an OOC character. Except for spiders.

I probably won't give you ideas for plot but you never know. I guess it just depends. Also, I can be a tad harsh if you're looking for an all-around review. So if you don't want my honest advice, please don't ask for it.

I prefer to be familiar with the fandom that I'm working with, but I'll really read anything. And, of course, I prefer my preferred pairings, but even if your story is one with a pairing I hate, I'll still read it. I don't really like the more obscure things that fanfiction has uncovered. Those being things like mpreg, genderbending, crackfics, etc. That being said, I will do these, especially if all you want is editing. But-just saying-I probably won't enjoy your story. But if that doesn't matter to you then it doesn't matter to me!
