I'm a proofreader and finder of logic-shaped holes. Although I promise to be encouraging, most of my work will be finding potential grammatical errors (or just typos) and playing devil's advocate to all of your plans.

My job training included all the skills for resource librarian work, so I can fact check anything you want. It won't be nearly as fast as google-fu but anything I do find will be thorough and accurate.

I have a degree in English and I'm always actively seeking to learn even more about writing and the crazy twists of English known as grammar rules. Proofreading and editing are my hobbies and research has always been a pleasure instead of a chore. Some may call me persnickety, but isn't that part of a beta's job?

I'm new to officially doing beta work. There will always be more to learn but right now I have more to learn than most.

My schedule is generally in flux so being prompt...isn't my strong suit. It could take anywhere from 24 hours to 48 hours for me to respond to a request or message. Depending on what you need, beta work could take anywhere from 24 hours to a week.

I love fantasy, history, what ifs, and fluff (particularly family centered fluff or strong friendships). Harry Potter and Pokemon are the franchises I know the best.

Absolutely no slash, lemons, and M rated violence. Other than that, please do not ask me to beta horror or dark fics. A serious story or even angst is fine but I prefer not to fall into despair or have nightmares from my reading.
