I'm a thorough and detail oriented beta-reader. I may be a bit strict at times when it comes to constructive criticism, but that isn't because I'm trying to be callous or rude it's that I'm only trying to help you become a better writer. I'm most certainly not a perfect or awe-inspiring author myself, but I do believe that I have the ability to help others!

I'm quite skilled at word smithing and character development. If I've read or watched the original piece of literature or media that's being presented to me, I think that I have an accurate grasp of how the character will act/react to specific situations. Sentence structure is another area that I'm very capable of utilizing.

When I set to work on something, it gains my undivided attention. However, with work and school I may not have the time to whip out pieces. So I may need a bit more time than normal when reading certain pieces.

I would prefer to read either pieces that are one-shots or multi-chapter (3) works. I enjoy pieces that are in depth concerning character development and thought out plots.

I do not enjoy works that solely consist of text/IM messages. Nor do I (generally) enjoy pieces that are less than 300 words. I do not enjoy reading poetry or pieces that are completely sad. I'm more a happy ending kind of girl, but I'll read something bitter-sweet if you will.
