In order to do a good job, I will need a few days with a chapter. Good editing does not occur on a single reading any more than good writing occurs when posting off of one's twitter account.

I will be honest. I like to read which I believe is a critical quality for anyone who wants to edit.

Grammar is not my key strength. I tend towards run-on sentences in my own work.

I am open to most types of stories. I love reading a story with something different in it: a story that has a new idea or a new twist on an existing theme. I prefer writers who have done some type of self-editing on their stories prior to sending them to me, and who can forward their work with questions and comments for me to review. I also like to see an outline of the story to be reviewed.

I am not a fan of smut for smut's sake. If there is a lemon, it should be part of the story. I am not interested in editing stories containing BDSM or stories containing either incest or rape.
