I am new to betareading, however I've been writing for years as a passion. I believe writing is much more than any simple amount of words on a page but is an art form. Writing has structure, but also freedom to create. If I were to commit to betareading for an author I would expect a high level of expectation from the author on both myself and him/herself. I believe in excellence and in engulfing a reader into the heart of the author, even if the author's heart is for humor. Anything shallower is not for me.

I am very descriptive with an adequate and relatable vocabulary. I give depth to characters. I always try to fully communicate from the author's mind to the reader's eyes perfectly.

I can sometimes struggle with plot, however if I can have an outline where we almost start from the end to write from the beginning, then I am plenty capable.

I prefer romance, family, hurt, or angst. Stories with deeper emotions or crazy plot twists are definitely my favorites. And where my interests lie, so will my dedication.

Pointless stories, if there is such a thing. And if the humor is too cheesy I would have a hard time keeping up. Though I find that type of writing funny, I do not author it well. My sense of humor is much more dry.
