The stories I like to read, and most often those that reach my 'fav's list are ones that make my heart hurt a little. The ones that make me furious, that make me smile, that make me anxious. I like reading things that actually make me feel. I don't care if I'm crying or if I'm screaming. Any movement is progress, and I like that.

I can honestly say, I aspire to do nothing more than exceed and help others exceed in writing. I can't count how often I've read stories and picked out nearly every grammatical error I stumbled upon. If it's of any consequence, I read and re-read all of my stories/chapters multiple times, continuously tweaking and adjusting various different points.

Yes, a good many of them are just written for the sake of setting up two characters in interesting situations. No, just because I haven't written anything amazingly deep and thought provoking, doesn't mean I can't acclimate to different ideas quickly.

"Grammar Nazi" or so I'm told. Heck, for the most part I don't even use acronyms/chat speak when I'm texting. I have a fairly extended vocabulary, and I am in no way opposed to cracking out the good ol' Thesaurus if necessary. Versatile, much like a Swiss Army Knife (except I don't have the wine de-corker).

Have a tendency to create exceptionally long run-on sentences & 'exploratory' (at best sometimes)use of commas as-in with items in a series. I go comma & semi-colon crazy sometimes, truth be told.

AND, my constantly varying work schedule only allots me certain time frames to really put the extra effort into reading with my full and utter concentration/devotion. I won't leave ya hanging, meaning correspondence and communication is always key, however, immediacy and urgency are things that I bend to my will... so to speak.

I'll basically do anything that's not mentioned on my No-No's list.

Differentiation between 1st, 2nd & 3rd person POV- It's not fun, and I find it mind numbingly difficult to follow stories when they jump from different points of view. As not to say jumping between the POV's of multiple characters, that is absolutely alright if it's easy to follow.

I don't tolerate exaggerated bigotry, racism, sexism etc. for the sake of just being intolerable. I'm open minded, really I am, but I simply don't jive with things like that. Personal choice.
