I am not a nit-picky person. I focus more on style and general feelings rather than anything else. Grammar, spelling and general proof-reading assistance can be given on request, but they are not my expertise. At the very least, I can tell you what works and what doesn't work. If there are persistant technical issues I am likely to point them out. Otherwise, I'm not difficult to work with. This doesn't mean I want make you aware of any issues in your piece. However, I'm not going to pretend your piece is worse than it is just for the hell of it (some beta-readers get a kick out of being assholes).

I am very good at looking at the big picture. I am sensitive to tone character, and I am very familiar with the tropes of writing decent plot and dialogue. Also, I know the basic rules for decent writing prose, although I am still improving myself.

I have a tendency to get lost in narrative sometimes. I do not read as closely as I should, although I will attempt to read a fic I'm beta-ing as closely as possible. If I do miss something it's because of this unfortunate tendency.

Heart/Clover/Joker no Kuni no Alice, Rune Factory and Harvest Moon preferred. Romance, humor, lemons, limes and general fics please apply. OC fics that GENUINELY have new and interesting ideas going for them (you know who you are).

OC fics that have nothing new or interesting going for them. They're not necessarily bad, just standard. I honestly don't have much interest in them. Needlessly dark and bloody fics. No Naruto.
