I have never been a beta-reader before, but I have edited people's work at school. I have been told I'm a good editor, so I would love to help people out. Although, I may find it tiring if you have heaps of stuff that you need to change. See "My Strengths" to get an idea of what I can help you with.

Spelling and grammar, helping you keep your character's speech "in character." By that I don't mean what they say, but how they say it. Continuity and finding better words if you can't think of a good word for something.

I will be honest. I'll try to be as polite as possible, and I'll try my best to keep my criticism constructive, but I'm not going to tell you your spelling is fantastic if it's not. I'm human too (well duh), so I might also get stumped with something; I don't know everything.

When it comes to Doctor Who, I like the little bits in between episodes and anything 11/Someone-Awesome. I like the pairings; Rory/Amy, Lily/James, Lily/Sirius, mainly.

No Rory bashing! I'm all for a little Amy/11, but if you use Rory as a tool or diss him, I will get annoyed. Other pairings I'd rather not betaread; 11/Rose (she's in a parallel universe with her own Doctor; she should stay there), Xanth/Rook (actually, slash in general. I'm all for gay rights, but for some reason I don't really enjoy reading slash). Also, if you're writing a Doctor Who fanfic, please don't make it a whole episode, I do get really bored if it's something like that when it comes to fanfic. I'm more interested in the personal side of things.
