I am trying my hand at beta-reading to improve my writing skills both fiction wise and in real life. I am currently majoring in English with a Creative Writing emphasis. Reading Fanfics has become a good hobby of mine. I plan on making my own works and may try my hand to someday get into the business of writing books or screenplays. I really enjoy helping others shape things. I work in different Role-play and improv-groups, so I can make stories with others in a way that keeps to the setting. If it is a series I know, I can do well enough to see where the story is heading. If it is a new series, I am willing to learn well enough about it so that I can enjoy it myself.

I believe my main weakness may be timing. Life has a habit of throwing what it wants at me. I also take my time when I type things, so keep that in mind. I also may have some trouble with perfecting a female character. I am a guy in real life. Also, I try to make a lot of suggestions, but I do not want to become the annoying re-editor so if it bothers you, please let me know.

When it comes to series, I suggest looking at some of these if asking for my help: Power Rangers (Mighty Morphin-S.P.D.), Kamen Rider, Goosebumps, Ben 10, Naruto, Surface, Reaper, ETC. br /

However, I am willing to look up all I can about a series in order to get the knowledge that I need to be helpful. Just be prepared to ask any questions.

I do not write things such as smut, slash, heavy bashing, or sex scenes. No disrespect for those that do, but I do not feel as if I am the one to go to for these subjects. I also do not really go for daytime television dramas or soap operas.
