I have a good eye for proof reading, spell check and grammar. I will happily make suggestions regarding these things to any writer and would expect the same from any beta reading one of my stories. I am also a great sounding board if you are stuck and really enjoy the process of writing as much as anything. I find that sometimes talking with someone familiar with your story when you are hung up somewhere can help to push your creativity and help get past the block. Creativity is not always a solo process, sometimes crazy things from real life, friends, the news or something totally random can inspire you to do a complete 180 and other times it can inspire you to forge ahead on something you thought had stalled out long ago. Find the people you trust to help you and stick with them.

Excellent spelling, grammar and an eagle eye for typos. I am a quick reader and can usually get through multiple chapters in one sitting.

I am a perfectionist. While this is a good thing in terms of a beta for the most part, as a writer it slows me down. I often write a chapter and then take several days of going over it and editing before I post. I also edit myself a lot as I write and I am constantly concerned about trying to stay true to what has already been published so often times I will go back and read previous chapters just to be sure I am accurate with the timeline and not restating things from prior chapters. I will re-read other chapters for the same reasons on stories I beta. So if you are looking for someone to be thorough I'm your girl. If you just want a quick glance, then I may not be your girl.

I really enjoy long stories, drabble fic, lemons, one shots. There is not any one thing that I prefer over another.

Typically Slash or FemSlash is not my cup of tea, though I won't say I won't read it...the story has to be pretty compelling and not so much mindless sex.
