I'm good to read for any section of FF (anime, plays, books, whatever) for English grammar and style. I would go through the trouble of detailing which of which I prefer but I honestly will read whatever.

I'm great at English grammar and style. This would pertain to correct usage of English words as well as the best usage of English words. Editing for style would be concerned with maintaining your voice as a writer in the most meaningful way. I'm also a really attentive reader. I will have questions about your work that I hope will enhance your end product. I like thinking about why a character is doing something and why the story is happening the way it is. I also have a pretty strong general background knowledge in history and education.

Commas, ha. Besides that, I think my eye in editing is sometimes biased towards my own writing style.

I'm all in for good romance stories. Pretty much any sub-genre that falls underneath that. [Related to that, I'm not comfortable editing sex scenes; but the work surrounding it I would be.] I'm also interested in fantasy, comedy, friendship, family, parody, some drama, and some angst. I also would be interested in reading period/era centered.

I'm not into super dark or disturbing plot lines wherein that is the main focus of the story. I would also prefer not to betaread for stories that presented the following positively: pedophilia, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, emotional abuse, racism, sexism, and the related. br /br /br /br /

I don't read a lot of action, mystery, western, suspense or horror. I would still be game to edit for grammar and style though for all except horror.
