I've been on for a long time actually - probably about three to four years in fact. My reading style is based on first impression. If I don't find myself having a lot of interest in the first few chapters of fiction, then it will be very difficult to continue on through. My goal to betareading is to just be able to give you as much suggestions and if necessary, a lot of criticism. You have to taste bitter before sweet; no pain no gain. That's how you grow as a writer.

First and third-person point of view, character and relationship development, but most importantly grammar

As a betareader, I am very dependant on first impression of first few chapters. I also have low tolerance for sloppy grammar and it will be difficult for me to keep reading if it's constant throughout the fiction. Also, any content containing marriage and pregnancy that has little to no relevance to the whole picture of the plot will need you to reconsider asking me to read over your work.

We all know that romance is very popular in this website, right? It's fine with me to look it over, but other sub-categories such as action, adventure, or mystery is a bonus for my taste. I will be more critical on the romantic plot if the story is mainly focused on the relationship between the two main characters, canon and/or original.

No yaoi/yuri (including mpreg). If there is any content containing bdsm or sexual torture, then I will not betaread. I will also not read any fiction that contain heavy elements of the Twilight series.
