I'm a college student with a life. Generally speaking, I go for the flaws in writing, and don't really spend that much time on strengths. I tend to work with people on things that need improvement, that is, rather than trying to pet their egos by telling them how good they are. If you're good, you're good. Go get yourself a shiny star sticker. Grammar is a must - I can deal with some mistakes, but if you mess up homophones, then God help you, I'm not going to be nice about it. Before accepting any requests, I'll probably look through your stories just to make sure that you are a competent human being.

I'm good at figuring out character development, symbolism, and grammar. Grammar especially. I'm also good with flow/how things run together, and continuity.

In the pursuit of perfection, I can be highly critical. If you can't deal well with criticism or a big fat red pen, then perhaps you should think twice.

I like well-written angst, some fluff, and pretty much most things. Romance, yes, but I generally prefer the buildup to the actual romance - once people actually get together, it takes a lot to keep my attention. I love Harry Potter, but only in the book time period or Marauders Era.

Graphic sex, graphic slash, male pregnancy, and pretty much any slash. In Merlin, I simply cannot stand Arthur/Gwen; Glee, no Finn/Rachel - unless it's one-sided Finn angsting.
