I'm pretty good with helping the flow of a story. I tend to be more focused on whether or not the events and transitions of a story are realistically acceptable and make sense with the given universe. (So if you have Draco Malfoy using Google and referencing Muggle pop culture, I'll probably care most about that.)

I'm good at pointing out errors in the story. By errors I'm talking about how your fic may or may not be accurate to the actual book or story. Unless you want it that way or it's purposely AU.

If it's a romance scene, I'll try to help- But romance is definitely not my forte.

I prefer to beta any Hetalia story concerning Canada or China, purely because I care a lot about their histories and characters. For Harry Potter, I'll beta mostly time travel and alternate timeline fics.

I'm not that into USUK, Harry/Ginny, Ron/Hermione, so if your fic contains those ships, I'm probably not up for beta-reading that. If the romance is secondary to the plot, then go ahead.
