I love what I do. It's as simple as that. You can expect the best from me, even if I do not agree with a certain ship, plot, or a fandom that you prefer. As a beta reader, I tend to be blunt about my opinions and suggestions that I offer; however, do not take this as a signal that I will be rude. While my edits can appear critical, I strive to be fair and respectful, knowing what it feels like to have my own work being ripped apart without much direction or explanation. I am proud of my talents as a writer, and I wish to use my strengths and suggestions to help others who strive to be aspiring authors themselves.

I have a keen eye in watching for diction, as well as checking the reliability of metaphors and other techniques of comparison and detail. I can predict how relationships can and will develop and whether or not said relationships are believable in the way it is presented. Also, if I'm more or less familiar with a character, I can point out any sort of deviation from the character's general demeanor and attitude. English is my first language, and while I can make mistakes, I would say I have a strong knack for understanding the mechanics of grammar and spelling.

I have a tendency to repeat myself with phrases, usually in separate chapters. They're usually very recognizable phrases, and it can catch my readers' attentions and distract them from my plot. I am quite good with spelling, but sometimes I have trouble with the tricky words that can have the same meaning and they look different. What I have been critiqued on most is that I tend to overdo the sophistication and structure of a sentence, and because of this, I can sometimes borderline what is called "purple prose."

Regarding Fanfictions, I would prefer to receive Harry Potter, The Walking Dead, Resident Evil, and any of the specific movies or books I mentioned. I do not really enjoy humor all that much (not because I don't like to laugh, but because that is not my preferred reading material), and poetry is very foreign and uncomfortable for me.

I am very open-minded about the types of stories I will betaread, but I do not enjoy "Furries" and/or Animal/human romance stories.
