I like proof-reading other people's work, it can actually be kind of fun sometimes. (Yes, I know that sounds nerdy, but oh well.) I often catch mistakes when I am rereading something I've already read-which accounts for much tearing-out of hair when I reread the chapters I've already published. (I hate rereading my own work... It makes me feel big-headed.) Anyway, I'd be happy to Beta for anyone writing fanfiction of a book I like. (Sorry, I don't do TV shows-I don't own a TV, so it gets too boring.)

I'm pretty good at catching grammatical/spelling errors. I can also get writing errors such as an accidental switch from past tense to present tense, etc. I will tell you about character errors I find if you want me to, but otherwise I'll just shut up about it...

As I said, it sometimes takes me awhile to proofread because I catch things the second or third time I read over the work. This is probably my biggest weakness, but since chapters tend to be relatively short, it shouldn't be a huge problem. I also sometimes forget to put enough paragraphs.

I would pretty much prefer anything that involves my favorite books, of which I have too many to list here, so just ask and I will tell you if it works or not. Harry Potter is good too because there are so many interesting minor characters, but I guess that's more of a writing preference, so yeah, if you want me to Beta, just ask.

No TV shows or movies, as I said before, also, I may do some cross-overs or some comic-books, but I prefer plain old books, to be honest.
