If you select me as your beta-reader, you can expect me to go over each paragraph as thoroughly as a high school English teacher while at the same time identifying the strengths and weakness of your unique style. Grammar, punctuation, spelling-- these shall be your plagues no more.

I have worked as a proofreader for college papers and collaborated with many different authors in varying genres and styles. Grammar is definitely my strongest point.

As a beta-reader I feel I could best use improvement in the manner in which I deliver my critique. I tend to give the bad news in a manner-of-fact way that doesn't mince words: this scares off more sensitive authors, which is hilarious because I'm one of the most critique-supersensitive authors I know.

I'll read just about anything! But if you want me to be able to tell if your portrayal of non-original characters is accurate you'll have to pick something I know. I know there's no list-- just ask me!
