I tend to like to read short stories, since they have all their information all in a small space of time. However, I do enjoy reading long series, as long as I get in at the beginning, but do like to get caught up in an older one. I love science fiction, or, more specifically, Doctor Who, Arthur C. Clarke's Space Odyssey and Firstborn series', Heinlein, Welles, and other scifi writers. So yeah.

I love reading/ writing dialog. I don't know why. I am also a borderline grammar nazi. I don't think that is necessarily a good thing.

Logic errors are often beyond me. And I often take my own time on things. I am easily distracted by little things. And my complete inability to take criticism often gives me pause about dishing it out myself. So, yeah.

Doctor Who Four, Nine, and Ten are preferred.

I am not a huge fan of overly romantic scenes between characters that have absolutely no tension in the original. I am not even a big fan of romance between two individuals who do have tension in the original. Except Rhett and Scarlet, why can't those two get it to work out?
