I'm new at this, so please be patient with me.
When I beta something, I usually read it twice, spell check it, and make suggestions to the writer that I think will help him/her. I'm not a pro at this -yet- but everyone has their start, right? |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
I can recognize grammar errors, I am good at noticing if the story gets too off-subject, and I can easily spot errors dealing with present/past tense. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
Sometimes I read things too quickly and do not notice small errors. Other than that, I'm not quite sure of what my weaknesses are. |
Preferred: types of stories I prefer over others
I am fine with any kind of story, as long as I'm familiar with what it is about. |
