I work best when I go through a piece sentence by sentence, tweaking the structure and tone as need be. I'm big on logistics and practicality in writing, and I'm a good sounding board if you'd like to bounce some ideas off me.

I'm not a great speller, which sounds like a terrible weakness for a beta reader, but I know enough to get by. And for everything else, there's spellcheck.

I'm open to all genres and fandoms, but if you'd like to know if I beta for a particular category or pairing, check out my favourites. Odds are, if it's in there I'll have no objections, although if it's not, let me know and I'll check it out anyway. I'll try anything once.

I'm particular with my pairings. I know it's tragic, but there are just some characters I can't handle being paired with anyone else. They're not necessarily the canon pairings either, and I'm pretty open-minded with secondary characters. So if you'd like me to beta something for you, I'd prefer if you were upfront with the intended pairings. If I decide I can't handle it, I promise it's nothing personal - I just have issues.
