So I'm a newbie and I'm proud of it! I like to read many different ideas and stories, not ones that you just churned up for the heck of it. I'm very open-minded and willing to give you ideas if you need the inspiration.

I'm sort of OCD, so I'll probably read over one of your chapters at least three times before giving it the 'OK.' But don't expect me to write it. It's your story, not mine.

I'll be truthful and blunt about aspects of your story. Don't worry, I wouldn't flat out flame you but I will give constructive criticism. If you find my bluntness a bit much, just tell me and I'll try to sugarcoat(and fail).

I'll make it clear: I DON'T DO ROMANCE OR SLASH OR MEANINGLESS CHARACTER DEATHS! If you need someone like that, you better keep stepping. I'm not afraid to admit that I'm incompetent in those areas.

And if I see that you are copying someone else's work without their permission, I'll bring down heavenly punishment on you. There is nothing in this world that I despise more than plagiarism. If you can't come up with ideas and stories on your own, then you should just beta read instead is my suggestion.

I excel at spelling, grammar, and all the basic mechanics of the English language. I'm also good at pointing out ways to improve your stories with some off-the-wall ideas. (Trust me, people like those types of ideas). I even can catch when I see characters becoming too OOC. That's all I know so far.

As you probably noticed, I'm new to this type of thing, both as a beta reader and a fanfiction writer. And romance and slash. That's probably my only disadvantage.

I like stories that have some action and comic relief. I also like angst and family/friendship stories. Enemy-bonding is the best! If your story is realistic with a touch of fantasy, I'll totally beta that. I don't mind character deaths, as long as they have meaning, not random. OCs are okay, as long as they are not Mary-Sue.

Absolutely no romance or slash. I have nothing against it, just that I don't like it. I also don't like stories that just say, "Hey, let's kill off all the characters except one for no reason whatsoever!" I HATE Mary-Sues.
