Hi everyone! I'm fairly new to beta-reading but I know I can be good at it. I read extensively, whether it be a book, fanfiction, or the newspaper...and I'm constantly keeping my eye out for mistakes. I've tried my hand at writing, but I've discovered that I am more of an editor... and I would absolutely love to help anyone with their writing, in order to get it ready for reading. I'll be very constructive with your writing, making sure the characters stay in character and the storyline flows nicely. I would never bash any work, ever. I see all writing as coming from the heart, and no matter how horrible the grammar and syntax is, I know that there is probably a great story that hides beneath it all, and I will do my best to make sure it gets read! I definitely have a keen eye for making sure the past/present narration stays consistent, any grammar problems, spelling, you name it. I hope I can help someone out there better their writing! I am a college graduate with a professional career, if those work for anyone as suitable qualifications!

I definitely excel with finding any grammar issues, and am a very good human spell-check. I also have a sharp eye for inconsistencies within a storyline, whether it be with the characterization, the plot, or the past/present tense itself.

My weakness would probably be that I'm not 100 percent all-knowing when it comes to grammar. I do know a significant amount, but there are still some things about sentence structure and syntax that I'm still grasping. I do, however, believe that I am experienced enough to maintain a "higher than average" grammar knowledge level. They're, their, and there... ;)

I would definitely like to beta romance, angst, or action/adventure. I love a great story that combines all three elements!
